  Description Course topics

In addition to facilitating cross-team incidents, PagerDuty also has functionality aimed to provide stakeholders with crucial updates, so that they don't have to interrupt responding teams that are focused on mitigating an issue. During an incident, internal stakeholder communications proactively provide situational awareness and transparency around its customer impact. This training provides non-technical PagerDuty users with the knowledge of how to receive updates on incidents that affect them.
