When the unexpected happens and causes customer-impacting downtime, it's crucial that responders are prepared and can get systems back to full working order as quickly as possible. Knowing how to navigate the PagerDuty platform will help to have a well-defined strategy in place to come together as a team, work on the problem, and get to a solution quickly. This training for users new to PagerDuty will show how on-call responders can navigate the platform, quickly receive notifications about their systems, and respond to incidents that are assigned to them. Ideal for all PagerDuty newcomers who will be using the platform to process incidents.
