A class favorite, Incident Management: Systems & Definitions draws from the PagerDuty Community’s open-source incident management framework. We've adapted the Incident Management Framework, used globally by emergency responders, for use when managing technical incidents. In this course, we cover basic incident management concepts, roles, terminology, and adoption strategies you can use in tandem with the open-source framework to create, customize, and implement your own incident management process leveraging industry-leading practices. This course provides an introduction to PagerDuty's Incident Management Framework as a basis for other PDU incident management courses.

What is remote private training?
 
Private training sessions allow you to get courses delivered live and only to your company by a PagerDuty Technical Trainer. Private sessions are conducted via Zoom/Teams and are highly interactive giving you the opportunity to ask questions and participate in real-time. Private training sessions are a great option for companies with moderate to complex use cases, medium to large groups, or for those who simply learn better one on one.
